Our goal is simple: to create the best financial structure for you and your needs as a homeowner. Sometimes an up-front payment is the best long-term option. Other times, homeowners want a no down payment option. With MDH Investments we’re flexible with your financial needs and goals.

Our job is not to judge people because of their credit score, but you must own the property to be a viable client. In some situations, a higher or even lower credit score affects our decision and consulting process.

Payment upfront is determined by the type of partnership that we have together. Some partnerships we do 50/50 on expenses and do require some money up front. Other partnerships we help finance and don’t require any money up front. All situations are customized for the property owner.
