Clients were referred to MDH Investment via MDH Builders Design Development team. David Mizrahi met with the clients and discussed their requests. They had both long-term and short-term needs. In the short term, they wanted a property that they maximize for a rental unit. In the long term, they wanted a property to move into at a later age and rent out their main house.  As they aged their needs will change. With MDH Builders and its vast contacts and sources, we were able to offer permitting services and building services and in the end, we rented out the property to a tenant allowing for instant income.
